Wüsthof Gourmet Cheese Knife with 12 cm blade
The Wüsthof Cheese Knife has a stable blade and a sharp edge, ensuring a clean cut: ideal for hard cheeses such as Emmental, Gruyere, Comté and many Alpine cheeses, or for semi-hard cheeses such as Gouda, Edam or Tilsit, while a special etching on the blade prevents cheese slices from sticking to it.
Wüsthof Gourmet Series
With a wonderful price-to-performance ratio, non-forged Gourmet knives carve a special place in the Wüsthof repertoire when it comes to their intuitive and lightweight handling.
Every non-forged knife in the Gourmet series showcases typical Wüsthof high quality, with each blade laser-cut and toughened to a high degree of hardness at 56 Rockwell. The multi-step production process results in a nimble, lighter-weight version of its forged counterpart, making Gourmet knives an ideal entry point for new and seasoned cooks alike.
Series Highlights
- Laser Cut: Precision laser cut blades hardened to 56 Rockwell.
- Exceptionally Sharp: Laser-controlled precision sharpening for knives that are exceptionally sharp – and stay sharp for longer.
- Lightweight Design: Intuitive and uniquely lightweight – the perfect knife for getting started in your kitchen.
- Durable Handle: Highly-durable handle design made of a synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. Triple-riveted and printed with the authentic Wüsthof Trident logo.
