Instead of discarding the entire stainless steel unit when the ceramic wheels eventually wear down, you can simply swap in this fresh set of abrasives, maintaining both performance and environmental sustainability.

Engineered for Renewal

This set contains the complete internal sharpening mechanism required to restore the F-641 to factory specifications. It includes two distinct ceramic wheels:

• Rough Wheel (#320 Grit): For reshaping the edge and removing significant dullness.
• Finishing Wheel (#1000 Grit): For refining the edge and honing it to a sharp cutting capability.

Installation and Use

• Replacement: The F-641 sharpener is designed to be opened. Remove the old wheel cartridge and insert the new F-411 set until it clicks or seats securely.

• Usage: Once installed, use the sharpener as normal—insert the knife into the "Rough" slot first, pull back gently ~10 times, then repeat in the "Finishing" slot ~5 times.

• Note: This set is not compatible with other Tojiro sharpeners (like the plastic-bodied roll sharpeners) due to size differences
