High-Heat Gas Burner
A high-power gas burner creates a rolling, authentic flame that evenly distributes heat and brings the oven up to 500 degrees Celsius. The heat output is fully adjustable from 8K to 20K BTUs, giving you the precise temperature control needed for perfect results.
