Compatibility and Care
The Ooni Silicone Trivet is fully compatible with Ooni Detroit-Style Pizza Pans. However, please note that it is strictly not suitable for use with cast iron products. Cast iron retains extremely high temperatures that can easily exceed the trivet's 350 °C limit and cause permanent damage to the silicone.
