Constructed from highly durable powder-coated carbon steel, stainless steel, and nylon, this powerful 7.3 kWh burner efficiently consumes gas at a rate of 0.5 kg per hour. It is important to note that the burner is designed exclusively for the Karu 2 Pro model and is not suitable for use with any other Ooni pizza ovens. It is strictly for outdoor use and must only be operated with the oven's chimney securely attached.

Disclaimer: Gas Connection and Compatibility

This burner is compatible with large propane tanks. The 30 and 37 mBar models are optimised for use with propane, butane, or a propane-butane mix. An Ooni Hose and Gas Regulator are not included and must be purchased separately; if unavailable directly from Ooni, a compatible regulator can be purchased locally.

For specific gas types: butane requires a 28, 29, or 30 mBar regulator; propane works best with a 37 mBar regulator (though 30 mBar is also suitable); and a butane/propane mix requires a 37 mBar regulator. Always consult with a local gas supplier to determine exact pressure requirements, and refer to the manual for further detailed information.
