High-Temperature Performance

Capable of reaching professional-level maximum temperatures of up to 500 °C, the oven hits the ideal baking temperature of 450 °C in as little as 15 minutes. This incredible world-class heat allows you to bake a flawless, restaurant-quality Neapolitan-style pizza in just 60 seconds.

Cook-It-All Versatility

The oven comfortably accommodates 30 cm round pizzas on its thick 15 mm cordierite baking stone and also perfectly fits Ooni Detroit-Style Pizza Pans. Thanks to precise temperature control, you can master all styles of pizza, from classic Neapolitan to New York and Detroit.

Beyond pizza, the exceptional heat and fuel flexibility make it ideal for searing steaks, cooking wood-fired wings, roasting meat and vegetables, or baking flatbreads, naan, and artisan bread. It is super versatile and pairs wonderfully with a range of cast iron cookware and roasting pans.
