Choose from 11 preset settings—including a dedicated ½-speed fold setting and speeds 1–10—or activate Precision Speed Control to move smoothly between them and find exactly the pace your recipe needs. Soft Start gradually builds up the speed to help keep flour, sugar and cocoa inside the bowl, while the gentle fold setting incorporates light ingredients without knocking out their air.
