Compatibility and Special Notes
This 40 cm peel is designed for extra-large cooking setups and is compatible with the Pro 16, Koda 16, Karu 16, Karu 2 Pro, Koda 2 Max, and Koda 2 Pro models. Please note that this accessory is only compatible with the Ooni Pro 16 when the Pizza Door is detached.
Care and Maintenance
To maintain its high-quality finish, the board is hand-wash only and should be cleaned without abrasive materials. Always allow it to dry completely before storing indoors. Please note that it is not designed for extended exposure to the extreme temperatures inside the pizza oven.
