Precise Preparation Is a Doddle

If your recipe calls for vegetables to be prepared in different ways, reach for the slicer and shredder attachment. Its quick-change cylinders make it easy to move from one task to the next.

The 3 mm slicing cylinder creates even slices of vegetables such as cucumber and celery. Use the 4 mm medium shredding cylinder for hard cheese and firmer vegetables such as carrots, or choose the 6 mm coarse shredding cylinder for cabbage, crunchy coleslaw and stir-fries. Fresh salads, soups, hash browns, sauces and casseroles become much easier to prepare.

Choose a Fine or Coarse Grind

The included food grinder gives you control over the ingredients and texture of homemade recipes. Its stainless steel knife works with two interchangeable grinding plates to produce consistent results.

Use the coarse 6 mm plate for raw meat destined for burgers or chilli, as well as vegetables for chunky salsas and sauces. The fine 4.5 mm plate is suited to cooked meats and savoury spreads, or to grinding hard cheese and preparing fresh breadcrumbs. You can also experiment with fish, fruit, nuts, herbs, beans and vegetables for recipes such as falafel and vegetable patties.

Handy Pushers and a Removable Food Tray

The slicer and shredder includes a 2-in-1 food pusher for guiding ingredients safely towards the rotating cylinder. Its two openings accommodate different ingredient sizes: the larger measures approximately 6 cm in diameter, while the smaller measures approximately 3.5 cm. This means less time spent cutting everything into small pieces before you begin.

The food grinder has its own pusher and removable tray. Arrange prepared ingredients on the tray and process them in organised batches without repeatedly reaching back to the chopping board.

Like Things Smooth? Use the Food Strainer Too

The fruit and vegetable strainer works together with the food grinder to process soft fruit and cooked vegetables. As ingredients move through the strainer cone, the smooth mixture is separated from unwanted skins, seeds, stems and other fibrous pieces.
