It is a pleasure to watch prepared ingredients emerge with a beautifully even texture, ready for burgers, meatballs, breadcrumbs, pâtés, spreads or grated hard cheese. When it is time to make sausages, remove the grinding knife and plate, fit the sausage stuffer plate and attach your chosen tube.

Choose the ingredients and seasonings you enjoy, leaving out anything you would rather avoid. Add parsley, garlic, rosemary, chilli or other favourite flavours directly to your mixture and create recipes that are entirely your own.

Three stainless steel grinding plates let you tailor the texture:

• The fine 3 mm plate is ideal for cooked meats, pâtés and spreads, as well as hard cheese and fresh breadcrumbs.

• The medium 4.5 mm plate suits raw or cooked meat and is particularly useful when preparing mixtures for homemade sausages.

• The coarse 8 mm plate produces a chunkier texture for burgers, chilli, vegetable salsas and sauces.

For fresh homemade sausages, choose between two included stuffer tubes. The small 9.5 mm tube is designed for slimmer varieties such as breakfast sausages or chipolatas, while the large 19 mm tube is suited to bratwurst and other generously sized sausages.

Experiment with combinations such as chicken with red onion and pepper, or lamb with garlic and herbs. The attachment is not limited to meat mixtures either: prepare your favourite vegetable-based filling and turn it into homemade vegetarian sausages.

Efficient Grinding for Larger Batches

The spacious removable food tray keeps prepared ingredients close at hand while you work, making it easier to process recipes in organised batches. It is particularly useful when preparing food ahead or making burgers and sausages for a barbecue.

The metal construction delivers stable, efficient performance with demanding ingredients. For a cleaner grind when processing meat, chill both the ingredients and the grinder beforehand. The metal grinder can be placed in the refrigerator or freezer to help everything remain cold and reduce sticking.

Durable, Easy to Clean and Neatly Stored

The grinder is made from durable aluminium and comes with three stainless steel plates, a stainless steel knife, a removable food tray, a food pusher and a dedicated cleaning brush.

After use, disassemble the attachment and wash the main grinder body, knife, grind screw and grinding plates by hand in warm, soapy water. The sausage stuffer plate, both stuffer tubes, collar, removable tray, food pusher and cleaning brush can be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher.
